What this app is
This app keeps a household record of what it pays the people who work for it: salaries, part payments, advances, loans, bonuses, leave, tickets and permit fees.
It is a record, not an accounting service and not legal or tax advice. What the law of your country requires of an employer is for you to know and follow.
Your household, your records
The person who creates a household owns its records. They decide who else may see them.
You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your own sign in details safe.
The people who work for you
Each worker can see their own record and nobody elses. They can sign what they are shown, ask for things, and flag something they believe is wrong.
A signature in this app records that the person saw those figures on that date. It is not a substitute for whatever a contract or the law requires.
Ending it
You can delete your account or the whole household at any time from inside the app. Deleting a household exports everything first, then removes the records after thirty days.
A household can be suspended if it is used to harm someone. A suspended household can still be read and exported.
